The daughter of a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War, Molli was raised on a hobby farm in Wesley Chapel, Florida. She was accepted into the Honors Program at Florida State University and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Psychology. Molli was then accepted to attend Stetson University College of Law on a full-tuition scholarship. Molli graduated from Stetson in December of 2015, in only two and a half years, graduating cum laude and finishing third overall in her class. While at Stetson, she earned the Victor O. Wehle award for excellence in trial advocacy. After graduation, she achieved one of the five top scores on the bar exam and spoke at the swearing-in ceremony for new attorneys at the First District Court of Appeals in Tallahassee, Florida.
After law school, Molli and her husband moved back to Tallahassee to be with their family. Since graduation, she has exclusively represented plaintiffs in personal injury actions.
