Monica Beck has been a civil litigator for over 20 years. Ms. Beck focuses her nationwide practice on representing survivors of sexual abuse, assault, and harassment, and her clients range from young children to the elderly. Ms. Beck has successfully represented students and athletes in Title IX lawsuits, victims of child sex abuse in achieving civil justice from institutions and perpetrators that harmed them, and employees in litigation for violation of their Title VII and FMLA rights. Ms. Beck has recovered millions of dollars for her clients, including but not limited to a $1.8 million judgment against a school employee who sexually assaulted four students.
Ms. Beck is Managing Legal Counsel for The Fierberg National Law Group and oversees the attorneys and legal strategies employed by the firm.
Prior to joining The Fierberg National Law Group, Ms. Beck was an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York. Ms. Beck also served as Deputy General Counsel at the Phoenix House Foundation, Inc., the nation’s largest non-profit organization dedicated to substance abuse treatment and prevention.
