Morgen D. Potts has an extensive background in Criminal Defense, Estate Planning, and Property law, and is serving clients in the counties of Cleveland and McClain. Her passionate representation of her clients is what makes her stand out from the crowd. Mrs. Potts began her legal career as a paralegal serving a Criminal Defense lawyer in Texas. This experience motivated her to attend law school, and later open her own law firm. While she attended law school, Mrs. Potts gained even more experience in the field of Criminal Defense by representing low-income families at the University of Oklahoma’s legal clinic. Later, Mrs. Potts continued to expand her legal knowledge by assisting with research to update a Real Property treatise, by assisting with title work for a land acquisition company, and by assisting on cases as an Associate Attorney at a general practice law firm located in Oklahoma.

Mrs. Potts has demonstrated her drive to push herself to meet and surpass academic challenges by graduating early from law school, by being published in the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal for the University of Oklahoma, by competing on an American Bar Association negotiation team, and by graduating magna cum laude from Metropolitan State University with a degree in Criminal Justice.
