Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Todd prosecuted crimes while serving as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bronx District Attorney’s Office. During her tenure with the prosecution’s office, Ms. Todd was involved in a variety of criminal cases running the gamut from the most serious crimes such as murder and other violent crimes including armed robberies and rape, to simple misdemeanor assaults and traffic infractions. As a former prosecutor and now a defense attorney who has tried numerous cases to verdict over many years of practice, Ms. Todd has extensive experience on both sides of the litigation bar which provides a unique advantage and perspective in the skills necessary for a successful defense.
