Natalie Zammitti

I am Natalie A. Zammitti Shaw, a co-founder and one of the Managing Partners of our firm. Born and raised in North Jersey, I have dedicated over 25 years to practicing as a personal injury attorney across the State of New Jersey. I am proud to be certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction I achieved as one of the youngest women to do so. This certification is held by only about 2.2% of all active attorneys in New Jersey, and currently, by approximately only 30 women.

My record in practice and the courtroom is a testament to my relentless preparation and hard work. I pride myself on my deep understanding and knowledge of personal injury law, which I believe are second to none.

I am deeply committed to providing my clients with compassionate personal attention and a positive experience. I make a point to connect with each client through honest communication, taking the time to address every concern and answer every question. I also take on the role of mentor and teacher for my clients, ensuring they understand the law and how it applies to their case, enabling them to make fully informed decisions throughout the process.

My hands-on approach with clients fosters a relationship of trust, which I consider essential for successful representation. It’s not uncommon for a client to express feeling like family after a case, which I regard as the highest compliment.

Recently, just over two years ago, I launched a social media presence on Instagram and TikTok under the name Jersey Girl Attorney, where I share educational content on various personal injury terms and concepts.

Furthermore, my ability to educate and connect has led to my selection as a Master in the Justice Morris Pashman Inn of Court. In this role, I help oversee and guide students in their training and professional development within the legal profession.
