Nathan Woodward
As an experienced and skilled litigator and trial attorney, Nathan Woodward’s goal-oriented and collaborative approach to handling a broad variety of complex litigation matters and prelitigation disputes has contributed to the successful results he achieves for his clients. He works with business and individual clients to understand and develop goals in order to structure agreements that accomplish their objectives. Nathan has assisted clients in removing false and defamatory statements from host websites and secured monetary settlement for client whose reputation was put at risk. His clients recognize his strong work ethic, compassionate approach knowing the importance of each matter on a personal level, and commitment to securing the best outcome possible for them.
Having served as an attorney in private practice as well as within a legal department of a large national company, Nathan has experience representing individuals as well as companies, handling numerous active files simultaneously. He understands some of the inner workings and nuances associated with working within a legal department, which has provided him with valuable insight when working with business clients.
In his free time, Nathan enjoys playing golf, bicycling, hiking, listening to music, and spending time outdoors with his daughter. He is also an avid Iowa and Cleveland sports fan!
