I am Neil Davis, the founder and owner of the Davis Law Center, a law firm solely committed to representing individuals who have sustained serious injuries due to the negligence or misconduct of others. Early in my career, I was profoundly disturbed by how insurance companies treated injured victims post-accident. Observing these companies unjustly deny claims and treat their insureds as criminals, I decided to advocate for justice on behalf of these injured victims. Over the last 30 years, I have assisted numerous clients in recovering millions of dollars in compensation to aid in rebuilding their lives.
I obtained my Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. I am licensed to practice in both state and federal courts and have handled a diverse array of injury cases, including those resulting from car, truck, and motorcycle crashes, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, and workplace incidents. I am an active member of the Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ), both of which are dedicated to ensuring that those responsible for causing injuries are held accountable and that disputes are resolved by a jury of one's peers. In my leisure time, I enjoy downhill skiing, golfing, walking my dog, and spending time outdoors with my family.
