Nicholas Moss
Nick Moss is an Attorney at the Los Angeles Office of Talkov Law, where the focus of his civil litigation practice is in real estate and business law. In addition, Nick is an Attorney with the ASUCR Legal Clinic where he focuses his practice on helping UC Riverside students navigate the perils of Landlord/Tenant disputes.
Nick is a May 2020 graduate of the UCLA School of Law where he specialized in Business Law. While at UCLA Law, Nick was a Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Technology, an American College of Mortgage Attorneys Award Recipient, and the Sports Law Federation President. Nick also served as a UCLA Law Library Research Assistant, where he assisted in research of shareholder and board actions as well as research regarding arbitration law.
He also attended UCLA as an undergraduate, completing his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in December 2015 while on the Honor Roll every quarter. While in college and during law school, Nick was a Logic Tutor in the UCLA Philosophy Department.
