Biography

At Medley Law Firm, we focus on elder law, estate planning and special needs planning for clients of all ages, and probates. Elder law is the practice of law that deals with the unique legal issues faced by seniors and their families. This includes estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.), especially with regards to people suffering from Alzheimer's or dementia, and Medicaid planning so that a person can receive nursing home care while still protecting the valuable assets they've worked so hard for. Estate planning is a way to make sure that, no matter what happens in the future, you family, loved ones and hard-earned assets are taken care of through wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Special needs planning is a version of estate planning for individuals with disabilities or special needs, and allows these people to receive assets without endangering the benefits they often rely on. Our guiding principle is to make sure that our clients' futures are secure, no matter their age. For more information, or to schedule a consultation, please contact my office. We'll be happy to sit down with you and show you how you can best protect yourself and your family, regardless of what the future holds.

Fees
  • Credit Cards Accepted
    Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
  • Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
We generally charge flat fees, which means that we quote a price upfront that covers all meetings, document preparation, and so forth. We've found that clients prefer this over the standard hourly rate, as they never have to wonder what their total bill will be and aren't surprised by hidden or unexpected fees.
