Nicole C. Daniels
Nicole C. Daniels is a personal injury attorney who has been representing injured clients since 2006. She has devoted her entire practice to helping people who have been injured through no fault of their own. Mrs. Daniels is a Colorado native, she attended Colorado State University for undergraduate education where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2003. She then attended Washburn University Law School graduating with her J.D. in 2006. Mrs. Daniels was admitted to practice in Colorado in 2006. She is admitted in both the State and Federal Courts.
As a Colorado native, she dedicates her practice to focus on the representation of injured people including auto accidents, premises liability and product liability. Mrs. Daniels’ legal career has consisted of representing injured victims in state and federal court. This representation includes pre-litigation negotiations all the way through trial and appeal.
While Mrs. Daniels is not representing clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys the Colorado lifestyle, especially hiking, skiing, golfing, water sports, and horseback riding. Mrs. Daniels also devotes her time to mentoring and coaching youth sports.
