Early in her career, Nicole earned substantial experience as a litigator, advocating for her clients routinely in state and federal court, and at the trial and appellate levels. She has skillfully brought hundreds of cases to closure through mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
Nicole graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., a top-tier law school at which she gained valuable experience clerking for the U.S. Department of Justice, serving as a research assistant for her professor’s treatise on professional responsibility, and clerking for small and mid-sized litigation boutiques. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree from Northwestern University.
Nicole has practiced in California, Illinois, and Michigan. She now lives in Chicago and maintains her Illinois and Michigan law licenses. She is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Trust and Estates and Elder Law Sections, sits on the Probate Practice and Trust Law Committees of the Chicago Bar Association, and is an active member of Wealth Counsel.
