Mr. Almanzar-Paramio, Esq. is a career litigator and trial attorney. As a former government prosecutor, he has a strong understanding of how both sides of the judicial system work. Mr. Almanzar-Paramio, Esq. handles cases ranging from traffic citations to high profile criminal trials. He also handles personal injury cases such as car accidents and construction site injuries. After receiving his bachelor’s degree at Cornell University, Mr. Almanzar-Paramio, Esq. attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Upon graduating, he spent 5 years working as an Assistant District Attorney for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Here he gained a deep understanding of litigation, trial advocacy, and how the justice system operates. He uses these skills to represent you today. Because of his experience as an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Almanzar-Paramio, Esq. gained tremendous trial experience and learned how prosecutors think about and handle cases. Since 2013, he has used his experience, education, and passion to zealously defend his clients and ensure that each client is given the individual attention that they need, regardless of the case. Mr. Almanzar-Paramio, Esq. continues to defend his clients in court for both criminal cases and personal injury cases. His almost daily experience in court since graduating law school, coupled with his work experience and passion for his clients, has given him the skills to help his clients win their cases.
