Personalized guidance in your personal injury and worker's comp cases
I’ve worked with injured folks for the past decade, both in the context of auto accidents and worker’s compensation. I know that when you suffer an injury, you need firm and aggressive advocacy so your voice can be heard. But you also need frank and honest guidance so you can make good decisions for your future and for your family’s future. I provide both.
When you call my firm, I’m the one you’ll talk to on the phone, not some screener who passes you along to an associate. I take your call, I hear your story, I assess your needs.
Being injured is hard. Going through a lawsuit can make it even harder. My goal is to get you to closure so you can start feeling human again. It’s personally injury law with a personal touch.

- Q. Can money be returned after 6 months?
- A: You probably have a viable unjust enrichment claim. However, the cost of litigating such a claim could easily exceed the $6,000 you're hoping to recoup. Unfortunately, I think you're have to make a decision about how much you want to invest in trying to scrape back that money versus what is your walk-away point.
- Q. Partnership withdrawal and contract debt dispute
- A: It will depend upon the language in the contract you signed to buy out the first partner. If the contract says each remaining partner is reliable for his/her own share, then you're ok. If it says the business is responsible as a whole, you may have to pay and go after the non-paying partner separately for his/her share. The bylaws may also has some impact on process, now that one of the remaining partners wants to withdraw.
- Q. My dad has was working for a union for 25 years he suffered a massive heart attack, went back to work and then got
- A: If you're talking about applying for Social Security Disability, and not a long-term disability or some like benefit offered through the union, then sometimes claimants can be successful on their own. However, it is always helpful to speak to a lawyer before moving forward. Most disability attorneys will offer free consultations.
