When you’re hurt in a car accident, at the hands of a negligent medical professional, or on the property of another party, there are a number of paths you can take. Not every route is accessible to every individual, however. That is why it’s important to do your research when considering personal injury lawyers after an accident in Chicago. Since 2013, I’ve been compassionately and aggressively representing clients who have limited options following a car crash, truck accident, workplace injury, or another related legal issue. I am dedicated to providing clients with the information they need to make knowledgeable choices regarding their case, and I zealously fight to ensure that the individuals I represent are not taken advantage of by insurers and other parties who are only interested in protecting their bottom line.
I obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, and a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Both degree programs helped me develop a strong set of skills that are now a central tenet of how I work as an attorney, a dedication to providing clients with compassionate assistance following an accident while also aggressively fighting for them to receive fair compensation from the negligent party. In addition to my education and years of personal injury litigation experience, I am a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
At Staver Accident Injury Lawyers, P.C., we have a track record of success in securing positive results and fair settlements for our clients. These include an $890,000 settlement for a woman who had been struck by a commercial truck, an $887,500 for a client rear-ended at a stop sign; and a settlement of $100,000 for a pedestrian hit by a distracted driver.
