Patrick James Toscano

Trial lawyer Patrick J. Toscano is the founding attorney of Toscano Law Firm. He has handled hundreds of personal injury cases across Texas, including auto accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, and premises liability. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas – San Antonio before attending Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. After his first year, he was awarded an academic scholarship for outstanding performance. In 1999, he received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in May 2000.

A San Antonio native, Patrick returned home to fight for his community. Early in his career, he gained valuable experience learning how cases are defended and how settlements are negotiated. After a decade in practice, he sought a more client-focused approach to personal injury law.

In 2010, he founded Toscano Law Firm to provide a more personal, hands-on experience for injured clients and their families. Unlike larger firms, Patrick ensures his clients come first, even sharing his personal cell phone to stay accessible.
