This is the first time the Commercial Record has given these awards. The publication's readers voted online over a two-month period. It covers commercial and residential real estate developments, financial updates, and banking information as well as providing analysis of current industry trends.
- Go-To Law Firm
- Corporate Counsel Magazine
- Begos Horgan & Brown found itself in the land of giants. When America's biggest companies were recently asked to name the law firms they routinely turn to for legal advice, Begos Horgan & Brown was the only Fairfield County-based firm named. They are also one of the smallest firms identified. For the last five years, Corporate Counsel magazine has surveyed the Fortune 250's general counsel, asking them to name their primary law firms in four key areas: litigation, corporate transactions, labor and employment and intellectual property. It was Begos Horgan & Brown's substantial litigation work for Unum Group that put them on the Corporate Counsel list.
