Paul Bradford

Danny Bradford, a native of Marion, North Carolina, has built a distinguished career in law through a commitment to helping individuals and businesses navigate complex legal challenges. A graduate of McDowell High School in 1987, Mr. Bradford went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in History from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 1991. Following a brief period pursuing other interests, he enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, where he graduated with Honors in 1996.

Since founding Bradford Law Offices in Raleigh in 1996, Mr. Bradford has honed his expertise in bankruptcy and construction law. Over the years, he has represented thousands of clients, primarily businesses and entrepreneurs, in bankruptcy cases before the Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of North Carolina. His extensive experience—spanning over 4,000 cases—has provided relief to clients facing financial difficulties, reinforcing his reputation as a trusted advocate.

Mr. Bradford also brings significant experience in construction law, having handled disputes ranging from straightforward payment issues to complex cases involving millions of dollars. His work spans residential, commercial, and government projects, including lien and bond claims. This background has been particularly valuable in guiding construction businesses through Chapter 11 reorganizations.
