Paul C. Pastore

Paul represents various banks, financial institutions, lenders and creditors, devoting time to the collection of consumer and commercial debts, and to the enforcement of money judgments. He relies upon the procedures available under NY CLPR, Article 52, in handling thousands of cases from pre-litigation to post-judgment. Paul has also represented creditors in replevin matters and loan workouts, and has handled personal injury and real estate matters.
