Paul John Toland
Toland Law, Criminal Defense & Immigration Law Firm
I practice criminal defense and immigration law at a high level. I am a seasoned trial attorney who takes pride in taking on challenging cases. I started my career as an Assistant District Attorney and handled thousands of cases. As a criminal defense attorney, I have the experience and confidence to defend anyone of any charge. I have attained acquittals on some of the toughest of cases and have taken over 100 cases to trial. Whether a client has been charged with a misdemeanor or a serious felony, they are all treated equally and receive zealous advocacy.
Concerning my immigration practice, I represent clients who are seeking asylum, lawful permanent residency ("green card"), waivers, bonds, citizenship, and visas. I represent clients before the Executive Office of Immigration Review ("Immigration Court"), United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and Federal Court.
Additionally, as a cross-practice, I have vacated dozens of criminal convictions for immigrants facing immigration issues such as deportation, inadmissibility, and ineligibility for citizenship.
