- Q. Can my daughter's father prevent me from going to nursing school and getting my BSN?
- A: There are many more factors which must be considered to answer your question. I encourage you to contact a family law attorney.
- Q. 50-50 custody, ex just packed up our 12-yr-old's belongings and told me to come pick her up, which I did. Do I need to
- A: If your child's father is certain that he wants a long term change in parenting time, and the same is in the best interest of your child, the least expensive and quickest manner to achieve a Court's recognition of the change is to enter into a Stipulation to Modify Parenting Plan and submit the same to the Court for an Order adopting the same, as being in the best interest of the child.
You may have to weigh whether to seek a change in child support, and if so, now or at a later date.
I hope this helped.
- Q. Can I potentially fight for more custody given what was in the CFI report ?
- A: Dear Denver:
You can use the CFI report to support your positions. The critical point which the Court will be seeking to determine is whether the conduct of either party negatively impacts the child(ren) at issue, and if so, how to best deal with such conduct.
