Fees
  • Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Fees for bankruptcy cases filed under Chapters 7 and 13 ordinarily are fixed, based upon the complexity of the issues in the case. Your fee will be discussed at the initial consultation. For Chapter 13 cases, a portion of the fee (plus expenses) is paid prior to filing the case and the balance is paid through the Chapter 13 plan. Mr. Spaeth requires retainers in Chapter 11 cases, with hourly fees subject to Court approval. Non-bankruptcy matters ordinarily are billed on an hourly or flat fee basis. Every effort is made to keep fees as affordable as possible.
