Attached to United States Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, KS as Consulting Faculty for the Master of Military Art and Science Degree Program. 2005-07 assigned as Senior Team Leader, Inter-agency, Multinational Operations Analyst, Joint Center for Operational Analysis (JCOA), USJFCOM. Deployments to Afghanistan leading teams of subject matter experts to conduct operational analysis in support of SecDef, CJCS & COCOM guidance. Assistant District Attorney, Major Felony Bureau: Monroe County District Attorney Office; 1987 - 1994; Responsible for the prosecution of major felony cases; oversight and conduct of multi-agency and interagency investigations and team prosecutions involving numerous violent felons and repeat offenders. As Genesee Section Liaison, provided direct coordination with the District Attorney’s Office, Rochester Police Department, City & County governments and community members to develop and implement initiatives to reduce crime and mitigate its effects on the community. As Instructor, Monroe County Regional Police Training Center, taught criminal law and procedure, search and seizure law, and the use of deadly force law.
