Peter A Wallis
Competent Affordable Custom Estate PlanningI grew up in the San Francisco bay area. At age 18, I joined the US Army infantry and I was was trained as a paratrooper. I have also been a real estate agent and broker, owned retail businesses, and I owned several small apartment buildings. I finally went to law school because I saw that there are (obviously) many problems with our legal system and I want to be part of solutions and reform of that system or, at least, help some people avoid these problems. I received a Juris Doctorate from Northwestern California School of Law and I passed the bar exam on my first attempt. I have two daughters, two grandchildren, and I have been with my wife, Denise, for over 10 years. I am looking forward to trying to help people do good in the world.

Free Consultation
I can do a free consultation to find out about your situation and let you know what I can do to help you. At the end of the free session, I would typically be able to give you an idea of how much that will cost. I typically charge $250 per hour for attorney work but for estate planning I typically quote a flat fee. I charge less for mediation work. I also sometimes do pro-bono (free) work for people in need and without resources to pay. - Credit Cards Accepted
-
Contingent Fees
I can accept contingent fees based on the type of case, client needs and abilities, etc. Typically, if the case is going to be one with relatively small fees, they are paid up front. -
