Rachel J. B. Weisman
Rachel Weisman, a strong, cunning, and dedicated divorce lawyer on Long Island, is considered one of the most captivating divorce litigators in the Greater New York City Area. She provides her clients with very specific, personal attention to their divorce and family law cases and gives special care when dealing with domestic violence cases.
If you're looking to get a divorce, or looking for a trusted, unbiased divorce mediator to handle the finalization of your marriage, look no further. Rachel Weisman is a certified divorce mediator and has participated in many previous divorce mediations, several of which actually ended with post-nuptial agreements instead of divorces, and the couples stayed together.
During law school, Ms. Weisman interned for Brooklyn Federal Judge Mark Constantino and clerked with the New York District Attorney's Office. Before graduating law school, Ms. Weisman was offered—and accepted—a full-time position with a highly-respected boutique law firm in Battery Park, Manhattan. Upon graduating from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, she began a ten-year association with Mound, Cotton, and Wollan and then joined a small corporate law firm in Williston Park, NY known for its quality in legal representation and advisory services for corporations, partnerships, and other businesses and situations involving them. In 2001, Ms. Weisman formed her own law firm, now known as Weisman Law Group, PC, that is composed of matrimonial, family law, commercial, and estate attorneys who handle many complex and challenging cases
