I am Rafael O. Gomez, Esq., a lifelong resident of Western New York, and I have been providing legal services since my admission to the New York State Bar in 2001. As a trial lawyer, I have achieved more than fifty jury trial verdicts and handle my cases through all phases, from investigation through discovery, trial, and appeal.
I graduated from Franklin & Marshall College and then attended the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. After earning my law degree in 2000, I accepted a position at an insurance defense firm where I began trying cases immediately. I have experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in various types of litigation. My trial practice continues to grow based on my experience and skills in fighting for the rights of my clients.
I provide legal services in Buffalo and throughout New York State, focusing particularly on Western New York.
