Claimed Lawyer Profile
Summary

As Senior Case Manager at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), I handled missing and abducted children cases including parental kidnappings with overlapping immigration and criminal law issues stemming from violations and leading to serious misdemeanors and felonies. As a result of these violations, inadmissibility and deportability issues often arose in the process resulting in the denial of immigrant and non-immigrant VISAs to petitioners and family members. I understand the importance of good legal representation in family, criminal, and immigration law cases and the impact of criminal convictions (even a minor crime), violation of an order of protection, or a violation of a custody order (which could lead to civil contempt proceedings) on one's immigration status.

Whether your case involves family, criminal, or immigration law, or a combination of these areas, my goal is to ensure that your rights and the best interests of the children are protected every step of the way either through negotiation or fighting in the courtroom on your behalf. If you pursue mediation, I will be available to guide you and review your final agreement before you sign it.
