Legal Answers
Q. Do I have to provide the defendant with my evidence when they’re served?
A: Why don't you have a lawyer representing you? Is this a case of supposed no insurance by the at fault driver?
Q. what should i do for this speeding citation?
A: Whether you were going 102, 94 or 71, it is still speeding in a 70 zone. Additionally, you do not indicate what you were cited for----was it for speeding or was it for reckless operation, which is a more serious charge. What you should do at a minimum is consult with a traffic ticket lawyer or a few of them in your area about representing you in this matter----and hopefully, then hire the one with whom you are most comfortable. Having a lawyer is most likely the best opportunity for you to mitigate this situation.
Q. Is it legal for a rental property to include a mandatory internet charge on a monthly statement?
A: The answer is within the lease agreement itself-----does it allow for this charge? Of course, you say no and you may be correct----ask your landlord where in the lease it allows for the landlord to have this charge assessed to you. If, after he shows you the provision, you agree, then that's that. If you do not agree, then tell him that you are not legally obligated to pay and will not pay it and see what happens. Good luck.
