Randy Sorrels holds the unique distinction of being the only Texas Board Certified Plaintiffs’ Lawyer ever to have been both elected to serve as President of the State Bar of Texas and selected as one of the Top 100 lawyers in the state by Texas Super Lawyers magazine. - A: If you are an adult, it is difficult to pursue a medical malpractice claim against the VA that is over two years old. There are some very, very limited exceptions. But for the most part, you cannot win the case based on time issues.
- Q. Is there a class action suit against J&J’s hair products been using them and my hair keeps falling out
- A: There are commonly class actions on products that cause injury. If you can identify the specific product, then a search can be done. You might also do a Google search on the product itself.
- Q. using the damage remedy plus coconut miracle oil by OGX and have been having an irritated scalp as well as hair thinning
- A: You may have a product liability claim if you can prove the damages you suffered are related to the product. You should also contact the FDA about your complaints.
