After graduating from Baylor Law School in 2002, I started my practice at a local defense firm, Fenley & Bate, LLP focusing on litigation experience involving automobile accidents, major trucking accidents, asbestos, and oil/gas litigation. In 2007, I opened my practice focusing on landowner/mineral owner rights, OGML, pipeline right of ways, environmental, agricultural litigation matters.
