- A: It is very common for parents to sometimes need the assistance of others. Thus, so long as the other parent is taking responsibility for the required transportation, I do not think that engaging the assistance of a 3rd party would necessarily be a violation of that court order. If you have a specific concern with the 3rd party that the other parent is choosing to use, perhaps that can be raised with the other parent and or the court. - Q. Options if someone lied on Child Support AFI in Arizona.
- A: You would need to file a "Rule 85 Motion", claiming that you have new evidence that you JUST became aware of, and you will need to have very good reasns for coming back this late. Your Motion will need to explain the factual and legal basis, and will need to include affidavits or evidence supporting the claim.
At a minimum, you may be entitled to a modification going forward even if the Court does not set aside the prior Orders.

- A: Your bank should absolutely allow you to close that account. PLease remember if the funds that are saved therein are "community property" which means they were acquired during the marriage, then wherever those funds are transferred to, she still is entitled to one half of the amount once a divorce is fied. To formally, end all financial entanglements, yopu need to file for divorce and have her served. The date of service marks the official beginning of the legal case. Since Arizona is a community property state, the date of service acts as the cutoff date for the accumulation of community property and debts. Before service: Income, assets, and debts are typically considered community. ... Read More
