Richard D. Greer
Resolving contract disputes in business, construction, employment & lease cases
The Greer Law Firm, P.C., focuses on the resolution of contract disputes arising from the breach or potential breach of business, employment, non-compete, lease, and construction contracts. The Firm has decades of experience in achieving successful results for both business and non-business clients in contract-related disputes involving a diverse range of subject matters.
I grew up in a privileged community, but began practicing law with a small firm in a small town, helping people and their businesses resolve problems big and small. In 1981, I joined a large law firm in Birmingham, Alabama, where I represented financial institutions, manufacturers, energy companies, commercial and residential landlords, developers, engineers, contractors, employers, and countless other businesses in Federal and State Court litigation.
I formed my own firm in 1995. My focus has shifted over time to helping businesses and individuals resolve contract disputes involving business-related matters and construction, employment, lease, and mold/water infiltration issues.
My primary interests include family, physical fitness, college football, attending live concerts, travel, coaching youth baseball, wildlife, and the great outdoors generally.
