Richard Harris Rubin
Richard H. Rubin is a member of Rubin & Licatesi PC, and has practiced Real Estate Law with a broad based interest in representing mortgage bankers, institutional investors, businesses and individuals in residential and commercial real estate lending, purchase, sales and leasing transactions. Mr. Rubin coordinates a team of real estate attorneys, paralegals and real estate professionals combining many years of experience in the real estate community.
As has been widely described, a significant portion of his practice continues to meet the current economic conditions and demands which have significantly affected the rights and obligations of businesses and families managing loan modification issues and defending foreclosure actions. Among his numerous concerns are providing counsel to prudently considered solutions for borrowers and lenders to implement action plans and recommendations and address these various issues.
In addition to serving this fast paced environment of home and business retention efforts, Mr. Rubin has undertaken to represent clients and serves as counsel in the defense of litigated foreclosure actions, sharing the goals of both Federal and State regulators to comply with various mortgage loan assistance programs which are current and in place to provide balance against the immediate loss of significant ownership affairs, rights and privileges.
The Real Estate and Litigation team at Rubin & Licatesi PC serves you with one purpose in mind: to permit each client completion of their purchases, sales and mortgage loan closings on a convenient and expedited basis and also allow for the development of a prudent, well structured and sustainable loan workout process meeting the needs of each client involved in the transaction.
