Richard J. Welch
Richard J. Welch Esq. brings over twenty years’ experience including, reviewing, and negotiating commercial, employment and construction contracts. Prior to joining the team here at Palumbo Law, Richard worked as senior counsel at Solidifi in Middletown, RI. Richard spent years as the Vice President, Litigation Counsel for the Fidelity National Law Group in Boston MA where he acted as the Trial attorney in Massachusetts and Rhode Island Superior Courts to clear title issues for commercial and residential real estate. As the Principal and Trial attorney at Moses, Alfonso & Ryan, Richard advised the non-profit community based mental health providers and private schools on issues involving confidentiality of healthcare information, school records and corporate disputes. While there he also handled business disputes and construction industry actions.
Richard has tried cases in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island state and federal courts.
Attorney Welch is currently admitted to practice in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts District, State and Federal Courts.
