We have extensive experience helping families and individuals in their retirement planning. We listen to their concerns and then guide them to the most appropriate retirement plan to address those concerns. As an elder care attorney for over 25 years in Whitesboro, Texas, I know the fears and concerns when they or a loved one is faced with the need for full time elder care planning and assistance with the daily activities of living. No one wants to be confined to a nursing home, but it happens suddenly and without warning. As a retirement planning attorney, I also recognize the need for not only a retirement plan, but also an elder care plan. The law firm has helped develop retirement and elder care planning in Whitesboro, Texas, but we have also helped married couples, single individuals and families in Gainesville, Sherman and Denison, Collinsville, Texas, as well as Tioga, Pilot Point, Aubrey, Crossroads, Little Elm and Denton.

We have been in the same local area since 1981, and in 1993 located to the our current location in Whitesboro, Texas which is between Gainesville, Texas and Sherman Texas at the intersection of Highway 82 and Highway 377. Richard is a graduate of SMU where he studied business and finance receiving a BBA in 1977. Richard received his law degree from Texas Tech Law School in 1981. He has a successful Estate and Disability Planning, Elder Law and Asset Protection practice since 1981.

Richard has written and lectured about Elder Law issues at UNT, NCTC and CCCC.
