Robert Donati focuses on issues involving Social Security disability, personal injury law and employment law. Well-versed in the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act, he works to help individuals with health issues and disabilities gain the assistance they need from their employers so that they can keep working.
He also heads one of Tennessee's most successful Social Security Disability practices. He and his team are able to take cases at all levels of the administrative process and will file appeals to the Federal District Court.
