Robert Benjamin Middleton
Ben Middleton is a diligent and passionate criminal defense lawyer with a drive to represent individuals from all walks of life. Ben grew up in a multi-generational family of lawyers, but his passion fully bloomed while competing nationally with the University of Baltimore School of Law’s mock trial team.
He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2015, where he specialized in litigation. Before starting at Price Benowitz, Ben worked as a litigation attorney in Lutherville, MD, where he represented defendants charged with assault, domestic violence, wire fraud, and a variety of other offenses.
Ben believes in thoughtfully crafting a solid defense using his knowledge, experience, and personal investment to attain the best possible outcome for his clients. Along with his ample experience, Ben’s compassion and drive for justice make for a strong attorney. He is a member of the Baltimore County Bar Association, the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorney Association, the Maryland Association for Justice, and the Maryland State Bar Association.
Outside of the office, Ben lives in Baltimore County, MD where he enjoys the outdoors, supporting the Orioles and Ravens, listening to live music, and vacationing in Ocean City and the Outer Banks. He also volunteers annually with the Marine Toys for Tots program, which provides toys to disadvantaged children in the Baltimore area.
