Robert E. Wells
Personal Experience
Mr. Wells has been litigating cases in Colorado courts for nearly 15 years. He has handled various matters from civil actions to domestic relations cases involving complex financial and custody issues (including parental alienation/estrangement). Mr. Wells handles appellate matters and has successfully challenged trial court rulings in appellate courts. Mr. Wells’ litigation training began as a law intern to Judge Angela Arkin during the Fall of 2003. Mr. Wells receives referrals from friends, colleagues, opposing counsel, opposing parties and family members of opposing parties.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Wells volunteers his time in community leadership roles. He is a past commissioner on the Town of Castle Rock Public Works Commission where he participates with other commissioners in making capital improvement recommendations to the town council.
