TODD WADDELL Todd Waddell obtained his law degree from Oklahoma City University, graduating Magna Cum Laude while working a full-time job during the day. Prior to opening his private practice, his legal work experience included working for the third largest firm in Texas (Gardere Wynne, in their Tulsa office) as well as with a highly respected Oklahoma firm (Fellers Snider) in Tulsa, OK. He has two published appellate decisions, Davis v. The City of Tulsa, 2004 OK CIV APP 28, 87 P.3d 1106, Oklahoma Quarter Horse Racing Ass'n v. Remington Park, Inc. 1999 OK CIV APP 75, 987 P.2d 1216), and has been a published author in both legal and geological journals. Prior to attending to law school, Todd worked as an exploration and exploitation geologist for CONOCO-EPNA in Midland, TX, and Lafayette, LA. Todd received his BS and MS in Geology from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to attending college, Todd Waddell worked in the oilfields as a roustabout, pumper, and an oilfield truck driver.
