I limit my practice to representation of persons charged with a criminal offense. I am admitted to Practice in the State of Kansas, U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. We are here to help you if you are charged with a crime.

For this Seminar, I wrote a paper and presented on Intoxilyzer 5000. I actually brought an Intoxilyzer 5000 to the Seminar and demonstrated the points raised in my paper. Further, the State of Kansas was going to start phasing out the Intoxilyzer 5000, and replacing it across the State with the Intoxilyzer 8000 over the next two years. My paper and presentation also discussed the problems inherent in that machines readings.
