Ross Heckmann

I am interested, and experienced, in helping individuals and small businesses with debt problems. I have represented different kinds of clients including individuals with no assets but seeking peace from creditors, to individuals who required planning in order to protect their home or other assets from creditors, to small businesses with employees.

I am also interested, and experienced, in helping clients who need assistance regarding civil lawsuits, clients who need help in setting up, operating, or closing their small businesses, clients who have suffered personal injuries, and clients who have suffered discrimination because of their religion. I have spent considerable time and energy in trying to help collect unpaid wages and compensation.
