Claimed Lawyer ProfileQ&A
Biography
A father, husband, son and trial lawyer. A lawyer for the people who has never represented a mega-corporation or insurance company.
I have chosen to devote my life to making sure the most important cases - the peoples' cases - are given a fighting chance in the court of law. We will go to trial if necessary, and only settle if the amount is fair and you approve it.
Your case is important to me, because your case is about you and YOU are important to me. Every case is a cause.

Legal Answers
- Q. is there a place that the public can check on wins or jury cases for a lawyer?
- A: Yes, if you know what you are looking for. When hiring a civil litigation attorney you should ALWAYS ask about their success in the courtroom with jury verdicts. This is not because your case will absolutely go to trial, it may not, but insurance companies know the lawyers that will go the distance, and know what the lawyer's results are. An attorney should always be willing to point you to specific results that you can then verify. Most of these are publicly available, but in general, there is not one place where you can find them all. Many lawyers have results listed on their website and so you start there, but your inquiry should go deeper.
- Q. Car accident i was hit from behind and his ins company not doing anything for me i need a rental car. But they not tryn
- A: Yes, you should reach out to a lawyer to help you. The main thing is that your claim may be a Federal Court Claim if the Defendant is from VA and you are from SC (unclear from post), so you will want a lawyer licensed in federal court, which I am.
- Q. I had a insurance policy on my ex husband for 50,000 it was a family policy thou . he was n car accident n passed away
- A: If your coverage applied for the underlying policy, it is likely that it applied for all provisions not just some. However, you need to have an attorney review the full policy, and any correspondence from the insurance company.
