Safa Nadiyah Robinson-Ferrer
Safa Robinson-Ferrer is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. She also has the ability to practice law in federal courts throughout the United States. Ms. Robinson-Ferrer earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Roberts Wesleyan College, where she graduated cum laude. During her undergraduate career, Ms. Robinson-Ferrer focused her studies on the criminal justice system. She is a graduate of State University of New York Buffalo School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree. While in law school, she was a member of the National Black Law Students Association and National Moot Court. She was also a member of the law school’s National Trial Team. She was a recipient of the Monroe County Bar Association’s Diversity Clerkship. Ms. Robinson-Ferrer has worked as a summer associate at some of the largest northeast regional law firms. She has experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense and a number of other practice areas. After graduating from law school, Ms. Robinson-Ferrer was appointed Assistant District Attorney in the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office in Rochester, New York. During her successful tenure as Assistant District Attorney, she prosecuted thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanor to violent felony cases. Ms. Robinson-Ferrer passionately advocates for her clients as a defense attorney. She takes satisfaction in forming a bond with each of her clients, believing that no one should ever fight alone. She has significant trial experience and represents her clients with tactfulness and diplomacy. She has a record for litigating and delivering favorable results to her clients.
