Sara received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado Law School, located in Boulder, Colorado, in 2001. While attending law school, Sara worked as a law clerk for the Law Office of Stephen J. Harhai, a preeminent family law firm based in Denver, Colorado. After completing law school and passing the Colorado Bar, Sara became an associate with the Law Office of Stephen J. Harhai, where she practiced out of their Denver and Breckenridge offices for the next seven years before joining a local Summit County firm, and then opening her own firm, The Law Office of Sara A. Evanczyk, LLC. Sara has dedicated her practice to family based legal services, offering Mediation, Parenting Coordinator/Decision-Maker, Family Law Litigation, Estate Planning and Estate Administration services. Sara aims to achieve results that successfully balance the important social, financial and emotional issues in each case. She concentrates on efficiently finding solutions that meet her clients' needs while protecting their interests. Sara's solid insight into the financial aspects of the Dissolution and Estate Planning processes allows her to work with clients and opposing counsel to develop creative and effective solutions. Sara works hard to minimize the trauma of the legal process so that her clients can concentrate on the new beginnings that resolution can bring.
