We negotiate short sales, provide foreclosure defense litigation services, have an incredibly successful loan modification practice, settle debts large and small and are recognized experts in Consumer Bankruptcy matters.
With her decades of legal experiences, Ms. Kurland actively assists homeowners and real estate investors modify mortgages, short sale property and prosecute foreclosure defense cases in the federal courts.
Ms. Kurland is the proud mother of her three children, Benjamin (University of Hastings Law School), Evan – Digital Media Specialist in Chicago for I-Crossing and Kara housing counselor at Neighborhood Development Foundation, New Orleans, LA.
