He was admitted to practice law in California in 1998 and he has tried in excess of twenty jury trials and over thirty court trials. Over the course of his career, his legal practice has encompassed a broad spectrum of experience including estate planning and estate and trust litigation matters. He walks his clients through the estate planning process to ensure that all of their important estate planning goals and objectives are achieved without unnecessary court costs and attorney’s fees. He also helps individuals and families prepare highly personalized and comprehensive estate planning documents that will protect their loved ones’ inheritance from being lost to divorce, creditors, predators, lawsuits, and immaturity. In estate and trust litigation matters, he represents trustees and beneficiaries in a sensitive and professional manner. He provides aggressive representation to further his clients' legal interests, and presents their case with the thoroughness and skill they need and deserve. He is a member of WealthCounsel which is a national association of about 1500 law firms and 2000 estate planning attorneys.
