Scott L. Feldman
Law Offices of Scott L. FeldmanScott L. Feldman is a sole practitioner with offices in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Now in his thirty-first year, Mr. Feldman focuses his practice on Landlord and Tenant Law and Consumer and Commercial Collections and Litigation. He represents several large apartment complexes, and advises their rental managers and corporate personnel. He is a graduate of the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie-Mellon University and the Widener University School of Law, where he was a two-year member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Feldman is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey State and Federal Courts, and in 1998, was admitted and qualified before the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Feldman is a frequent lecturer, having presented seminars on Collection Law in Pennsylvania and Advanced Judgment Enforcement in Pennsylvania. He has presented seminars for the Bucks County Bar Association and for the People’s Law School at Bucks County Community College. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Bar Association, and is Editor of its quarterly publication, The Writs.
