Sean M. Lebowitz
I represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust disputes.
Sean Lebowitz practices exclusively in the areas of probate, trust and guardianship litigation, and administers estates, trusts and guardianships. He has extensive experience representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in various estate and trust disputes.
Sean received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was the Executive Student Works Editor for the Journal of Law & Public Policy, served as a Teacher’s Assistant for Legal Research & Writing and Appellate Advocacy, and earned a Mediation Certificate. Sean received his B.A. in political science, minor in economics, from Binghamton University (SUNY), with highest honors, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He was chosen to be the Commencement Speaker at his graduation. Sean and his family reside in Boca Raton.
