Sean M. McNally
Lipton Law
Sean McNally comes from a family with a long history of legal practice in Michigan. Since 1927, four generations have consistently practiced in the state. Sean is the son of the longest-serving judge in Michigan's 33rd District Court, so he knows what it takes to deliver effective legal counsel. He focuses his efforts on litigating against major insurance companies on behalf of his clients, and loves working as their zealous advocate.
Sean attended and graduated from James Madison College at Michigan State University, then attended and graduated from Wayne State University Law School. During his studies, he focused on material that would prepare him for his career in civil litigation. He earned his law degree in 2013. Along with insurance litigation, Sean advocates for clients in car accident cases, product liability cases, premises liability cases, and more.
Sean is a member of several local, state, and national legal organizations, including the American Association for Justice, the Michigan Association for Justice, and the Downriver Bar Association. He enjoys volunteering at the Rotary Club of Trenton, as well as playing golf with family and friends at West Shore Golf and Country Club.
