The Law Office of Sean M. Hobson operates as a solo practice, concentrating its efforts on the domain of criminal defense, with a specific and focused attention directed towards DUI cases. Sean M. Hobson, functioning as a San Diego DUI Attorney, harbors an unwavering goal: to consistently procure the most favorable outcomes achievable on behalf of each and every client. This dedication forms the bedrock of the firm's philosophy.
As an independently contracted firm, we extend our practice to encompass Due Process claims that fall within the jurisdiction of the Office of Administrative Hearings. These claims are intricately tied to the protection and assertion of educational rights belonging to students within the the public school setting. This dual-pronged approach showcases the firm's adaptability and its commitment to safeguarding constitutional rights even within the realm of educational institutions.
Across the entirety of the cases we undertake, our core value remains steadfast: to champion and uphold the rights and interests of the clients it represents. This principle reverberates through every facet of the firm's operation. Ensuring a smooth and effective legal process stands as a pivotal facet of this commitment. We are resolute in its pursuit of providing clients with timely and comprehensive updates, ensuring that they remain well-informed and engaged with the status and progress of their legal matters. This commitment to transparency and communication is emblematic of the firm's client-centric approach.
Moreover, an integral part of our mission involves alleviating the burdens borne by its clients. This is achieved not only through astute legal representation but also through the provision of a supportive and empathetic environment. We take pride in being able to alleviate the weight that often accompanies legal issues, allowing clients to focus on their lives while placing their legal concerns in capable hands.

- Handling mostly DUI and criminal cases is the primary focus of our practice. However, we have helped clients in other areas such as wills and trusts, restraining orders, business contract negotiations, and juvenile criminal cases. We have also helped clients with research projects and advice on an hourly basis. Additionally, we are independently contracted to bring Due Process claims with the Office of Administrative Hearings for Special Education cases when school districts violate the IDEA and fail to provide student's with a FAPE.
