Shannon is in charge of a team representing individuals and their families who were harmed as a result of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. Shannon manages their claims for compensation through the Victim Compensation Fund established by the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2010 and reauthorized in 2019 and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of her clients. She is honored to represent these victims and help ease the burden of the pain suffered as a result of their exposure.
Shannon also handles matters before the Surrogate Court in New York, including administration and probate petitions, as well as compromising and distributing funds received from wrongful death settlements obtained by the firm.
